2024 Rodeo Dates

Please review the  rule changes for 2024 here , notice all rodeos are  PRE-ENTER , please!!! We are now accepting team roping entries as pre-enter OR day of entry. Draw out will require 24 hours notice, or all entry fees will be forfeited . You can  download and print the entry forms, here . Please have your entries and payment to the board at the address on the entry form or hand delivered to Kassi Mortensen or Amy Rhoton by the post marked dates! We realize that there may be some schedule overlap with other rodeos/events including the AZ HS Finals on the weekend of June 1st. We have done our best to schedule around everything else to find dates that work for our committee, our stock contractors and the fairgrounds. That said in trying to make things as fair as possible, y ou must attend three of the four rodeos to be eligible for end of the season prizes! For those attending all four, the lowest points/score for each event will be dropped for determining placings.  Please save Augus

2022 GJRS Awards Dinner and Dance

Jackets will be awarded to every participant that attended at least two of our rodeos. All around prizes for the highest point boy and girl per age group if applicable will be awarded including saddles, buckles and lots of other fun winnings! Prizes this year will also be awarded to the high point event winners!  Sponsors, rodeo participants and families are all welcome!! Hope to see everyone there!!!

July 8th Rescheduled Date for the June 25th Rodeo!

Our June 25th Rodeo has been rescheduled for July 8th! Check in begins at 4PM, Rodeo starts at 5PM! Please let us know if this date effects the entries you have already turned in! Thank you for your understanding! We are so sorry if this inconveniences anyone, but we are so grateful for the much needed moisture!!!
